Winchester, VA – July 1, 2017
Instructor: Andy Sabisch

The next Bootcamp of 2017 will be held in the city of Winchester, VA. This location is in the middle of historic Virginia where American history took hold. There were more Civil War battles fought on Virginia soil that any other state. Add to that the rich history dating back to before the Revolutionary War and you have an area rich in history virtually everywhere you go. If you are into history, there are several battlefields just a short drive away. If your family is coming along and they are into shopping, the outlet mall is also nearby.

Instructors: Andy Sabisch and Todd Yerks (a.k.a. CTTodd)

We are returning to Pennsylvania for another Bootcamp which will be held in the city of Wilkes-Barre, PA. This location is in the center of the state with easy access from I-80, I-81, the Northeast Extension or I-84. This section of Pennsylvania earned the reputation of the coal rich part of the state and remains of the mining that took place and in fact still takes place can be seen throughout the region. History is seen at every corner and the Wilkes-Barre – Scranton region showed that “Coal was King”. There are plenty of things to do and see in the area from touring an actual coal mine to taking in a show at the casino just a short drive from the hotel we are holding the Bootcamp at. If you are bringing your family, let us know and we can provide you with local attractions that can keep them occupied while you are attending the Bootcamp. And will we have Todd Yerks, a seasoned detectorist that knows his equipment as an instructor and more importantly, can share his knowledge in a way that makes it click.

Woodhaven, MI- July 29, 2017
Instructor: Andy Sabisch

The next Bootcamp is being held just south of the Motor City . . . Detroit, MI. The location is midway between Toledo, OH and Detroit, MI just off of I-75. Detroit was actually the 4th largest city in America decades ago and now has fallen to a shadow of its former self as the auto makers have moved out and factories closed. Combine the parks and other sites that hold valuables lost by the people that once lived here with the history that dates back to the 1700′s when the area was settled, the eastern side of Michigan is a corridor rich in history.

There are plenty of things to do and see in the area from antiquing and sightseeing to going on a fishing charter out on Lake Erie or taking in a show at one of the local casinos just a short drive from the hotel we are holding the Bootcamp at. If you are bringing your family, let us know and we can provide you with local attractions that can keep them occupied while you are attending the Bootcamp.
